Bob Hoffer is DBL Law’s Managing Partner. He has represented employers of all sizes and industries on human resources and labor and employment compliance matters for over 35 years. Bob works closely with state and federal agencies, including the EEOC, DOL, DOJ, Ohio Civil Rights Commission, Kentucky Commission on Human Rights, and the Kentucky Labor Cabinet. A large part of his practice includes litigating employment cases in federal and state courts.
Katie is an associate attorney practicing primarily in the areas of Employment Law and Civil Litigation. She joined DBL Law as a summer associate in May of 2011 and is based in the firm’s downtown Cincinnati office. Katie represents employers in all facets of employment law, and has experience guiding clients through issues that arise in the workplace. Her practice includes advising clients on compliance with various employment laws and regulations, and providing in-house training on such issues. She also has experience drafting employee policies and procedures, and employment-related agreements. Katie has handled matters involving the EEOC, DOL, Kentucky Labor Cabinet, and Ohio Civil Rights Commission. She litigates cases in federal and state court.
