Mr. Womack was formerly the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at AutoZone, Inc. in Memphis, Tennessee and had responsibility for all human resources functions. Prior to AutoZone, Mr. Womack was the Vice President of Human Resources at Cintas Corporation in Mason, Ohio where he had responsibility for all human resources functions. Mr. Womack also served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Labor and Employment for Cintas prior to transitioning to Human Resources. Mr. Womack began his professional career as a management side employment attorney in Columbus, Ohio. His last role in private practice was a partner at the national law firm Littler Mendelson. Mr. Womack served as a Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corp Reserve from 1986 to 1994. Mr. Womack is currently the Principal Consultant at The Womack Group based in Blue Ash, Ohio. Mr. Womack received his law degree from The Ohio State University College of Law and has Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and Economics from Central Michigan University.
