It's time to be Disruptive!

HR teams tend to operate according to procedures, but perhaps procedures that were written in the past. HR teams tend not to be rewarded for innovating on those procedures or exploring completely new ways of doing things. According to current research and modern workplace trends, HR teams can no longer afford to ignore the innovation opportunities available in the way work or in the products and services they offer to their employees. In this digital age and in the face of constant change, a common phrase is "Disrupt yourself, or be Disrupted". If you don't do it, someone will do it for you! In this session, we will facilitate an interactive learning experience that will poll the audience as topics are presented, allowing everyone to check-in in on where we are on the Disruption spectrum and practical steps to move forward.
