7 Deadly Sins of 7 Bad Compensation Decisions
As Dante guided his readers through the seven levels of Mount Purgatory, RSC will guide the participants through the sins of seven bad compensation decisions. LUST – adding one pay program after another without understanding today’s workforce. GLUTTONY – far too many measurements within the sales incentive plans and losing the performance linkage. Greed. Sloth. Wrath. Envy. Pride. We will explore the faults of seven bad compensation decisions companies have made and then embrace future possibilities of alternative designs.

- Evaluate and develop compensation programs that enhances the organization’s ability to attract, motivate and reward talent.
